Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Furniture & Mattress Sales Manager to lead our Furniture & Mattress sales team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. Salary starts at 50K plus growth incentives, and will be based on education and experience. Requirements Proven management experience within the retail industry, particularly in furniture or mattress sales environments Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and engage customers effectively Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation, pricing strategies, and retail math for accurate financial transactions Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and operational procedures such as stocking and merchandising Ability to handle multiple responsibilities including cash handling, cashiering duties, and shift management efficiently Experience with recruiting, training & development initiatives, and employee orientation processes Organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control, and operational management Join us as a Furniture & Mattress Sales Manager where your leadership will shape a vibrant shopping environment!
