Job Description
National Sales Manager - Enclosed Cargo Trailers Manufacturer with plants & dealer network across the USA and Canada We are a well-established manufacturer of high-quality enclosed cargo trailers with multiple manufacturing facilities and an extensive dealer network throughout the United States and Canada. We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead and grow our dealer-focused sales organization. The Role In this key leadership position, you will drive national sales strategy, strengthen existing dealer relationships, develop new dealer partners, and increase market share across both the U.S. and Canadian markets. You will work closely with operations, marketing, and senior leadership to deliver consistent, profitable growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute national sales strategies focused on dealer growth and market expansion Manage, coach, and support a team of regional sales professionals Build and maintain strong relationships with current dealers while identifying and bringing on new high-potential partners Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to identify opportunities Collaborate with manufacturing and the commercial team to align product offerings with market demand Achieve or exceed national sales targets and key performance metrics Ideal Candidate 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in trailer, transportation equipment, or related heavy equipment/dealer distribution industries Proven track record of growing dealer networks and driving revenue in a multi-location, multi-market environment Strong understanding of the U.S. and Canadian markets Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills Willingness to travel regularly across North America Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered What We Offer Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing, well-positioned manufacturing company Collaborative culture If you are a results-driven sales leader who thrives in a dealer-focused environment and wants to help shape the future of a respected manufacturer, we want to hear from you.
