Sales Manager Details:
Direct Hire position $50,000.00 to $80,000.00 /annually First Shift (Monday through Friday) Drive new business development initiatives by identifying growth opportunities, cultivating customer relationships, and expanding product offerings. Coordinate new product launches from initial concept through production, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong partnerships with domestic and international customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to support business objectives. Develop competitive pricing strategies, cost analyses, and business forecasts to support profitability and long-term growth goals. Serve as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal departments, communicating project updates, order changes, and business requirements. Negotiate commercial agreements, manage sales and purchasing activities, and support strategic planning efforts to drive revenue growth and operational success.
Sales Manager Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Minimum of 2 years of experience in OEM automotive parts sales or a related automotive manufacturing environment
REQUIRED.
Bilingual in English and Japanese with strong translation and interpretation capabilities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word; experience with CAD and CAM software preferred. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints at a conceptual level. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, product development, and project management within automotive or industrial environments. Understanding of sales administration, pricing, purchasing, and general business operations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of an organization. Proven leadership, delegation, and relationship-building abilities. Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demanding deadlines. Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, including occasional international travel. Experience coordinating activities between customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to support business growth and project execution.
