Work toward approximately $3M-$5M in first-year sales depending on experience and ramp-up. Travel throughout Indiana and surrounding Midwest states to meet with customers and contractors. Maximize travel by scheduling multiple customer meetings within each market. Support larger projects alongside the Director of Sales during the initial onboarding period. Develop an independent territory and customer base following the initial training period. Maintain a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to identifying and closing new business.
Requirements:
Experience in commercial construction, building products, or a closely related industry. Proven sales or business development experience with a demonstrated ability to develop new business. Experience selling to or developing relationships with general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, architects, or similar construction stakeholders.
