Work closely with the Senior Sales Manager to establish sales goals, strategies, and priorities. Partner with the existing training team to continuously improve onboarding, sales training, and ongoing development. Identify individual strengths and weaknesses and create coaching plans to help employees improve. Lead daily huddles, sales meetings, contests, and motivational initiatives. Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, high-volume sales environment. Strong communication, presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Ability to recognize performance trends and use data to make decisions. Confident providing direct feedback and having difficult conversations when necessary. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment. A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate people at different experience levels. Comfortable learning and discussing firearms, shooting sports products, and industry terminology. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new sales and business systems quickly. The Right Person for Orion We are looking for someone who can lead from the front . You don't have to know everything on day one—but you should be curious, coachable, competitive, and willing to jump in and figure things out.
