Job Description
Responsibilities Midwest Center for Youth and Families (a subsidiary of UHS) is a Joint Commission-accredited residential treatment facility dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to children ages 10 - 18 and support to their families. We have been serving youth across the country since 1997 with locations in Valparaiso and Kouts, Indiana. Our Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program support those who struggle with emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. The Patriot Support Program offers specialized treatment designed to address the behavioral health needs and challenges of the children of active-duty military, reserve, and national guard members. We are seeking a drivern, relationship-focused Director of Business Development to lead our referral growth strategy and strengthen our presence in the behavioral health community.

Responsible for driving census growth by cultivating and managing referral relationships with providers who service children and families, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and positioning the Midwest Center as a trusted, accredited resource for mental health treatment. This individual will work cross-functionally with admissions, clinical, and executive leadership to ensure a seamless referral-to-admisssion process while upholding the highest ethical and regulartory standards.Areas of Responsibility:

- Bachelor's degree (healthcare admin, marketing, business) required; master's degree preferred
- 5 - 8 years of work experience in healthcare sales, behavioral health, or clinical field
- 3 years of work experience with social media branding
- Established referral network in behavioral health is a major plus
