We're looking for a high-potential leader to join our six-month Sales Manager in Training program . This opportunity is designed for someone who wants to build a career in sales leadership and is willing to learn our business from the ground up. You'll work directly alongside an experienced Sales Manager while learning the sales process, recruiting, coaching, lead management, performance management, and team development. And you'll sell. We believe great sales leaders should understand exactly what they're asking their teams to do. Before you lead the business, you'll learn it and demonstrate that you can be successful doing it. What You'll Do Learn and execute our complete sales process Personally meet with families and develop your sales skills Work alongside an experienced Sales Manager Participate in joint sales calls and field coaching Learn to recruit, interview, onboard, and develop sales professionals Learn lead management, prospecting, and sales reporting Develop the skills needed to lead and coach a successful sales team Where This Can Lead The goal is to prepare you for a future Sales Manager position . Following the program, advancement is based on your performance, leadership readiness, and the availability of an open Sales Manager position. Candidates must be willing to relocate within the territory for future management opportunities. If a management opportunity isn't available or we determine your strengths are better suited for an individual sales career, we'll have an open conversation about the best path forward.
