Job Description
Professional Roofing Solutions & Construction is seeking an experienced and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead, develop, and scale our sales organization. We are looking for more than a strong salesperson. We need a proven leader who can build teams, develop managers, create accountability, recruit top talent, and consistently drive revenue growth. PRSC is a growing roofing and exterior restoration company with aggressive goals for the future. This position will play a major role in the continued growth and development of our sales organization. Responsibilities Lead the overall strategy, performance, and growth of the sales department Establish sales goals, KPIs, and performance expectations Lead and develop Sales Managers and sales representatives Recruit, interview, hire, train, and retain high-performing sales talent Build strong onboarding, coaching, and ongoing training programs Monitor revenue, closing percentages, lead conversion, activity, and individual production Hold managers and team members accountable to performance expectations Identify performance gaps and implement solutions to improve results Conduct sales meetings, leadership meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews Improve lead follow-up, closing rates, sales processes, and overall efficiency Work closely with Marketing to improve lead generation and conversion Collaborate with Operations, Production, Customer Care, Supplements, and other departments Develop incentives, contests, compensation strategies, and recognition programs Maintain a strong understanding of what is happening in the field Forecast sales performance and report results to executive leadership Identify opportunities for new territories, markets, and revenue streams Build a competitive, accountable, positive, and results-driven sales culture Qualifications Proven experience in sales leadership Experience leading Sales Managers and larger sales teams preferred Demonstrated history of increasing revenue and improving team performance Strong recruiting, coaching, and leadership skills Excellent understanding of sales KPIs, forecasting, conversion rates, and performance management Ability to develop both new sales representatives and experienced performers Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable addressing underperformance and maintaining accountability Ability to think strategically while remaining involved in day-to-day sales operations Self-motivated, competitive, and highly results-oriented Strong ownership mentality and problem-solving ability Experience in roofing, restoration, construction, home improvement, insurance restoration, door-to-door sales, or another high-performance outside sales environment is strongly preferred. Compensation We offer a competitive base salary with additional performance-based bonus opportunities. This position is designed to reward strong leadership and measurable results. In addition to base salary, additional compensation may be earned based on factors such as: Company sales and revenue growth Quarterly and annual sales targets Team production and performance Recruiting and retention Closing and conversion performance Sales Manager development Department growth and expansion Achievement of company and departmental goals Base Salary
