In this role, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the expansion of our landscaping services. You will play a key part in shaping the future of our company by connecting with customers and understanding their needs to offer tailored solutions. What You'll Do Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the landscaping industry. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Collaborate with the operations teams to create effective sales strategies. Present landscaping solutions and services to meet client requirements and drive revenue. Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand business contacts. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations. What We're Looking For Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with the landscaping industry is a plus but not required. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and networking events.
