This is a leadership role that represents a significant step forward in scope, responsibility, and impact. What you'll do: Be a visible presence in the field, regularly visiting your stores, spotting what's working, and coaching your team in the moment Develop your people; coach, train, and mentor them into skilled sellers who know the products and connect with every customer Keep your stores fully staffed and ready to grow - own recruiting and hiring, and build a healthy talent pipeline with bench strength for what's next Team up with Talent Acquisition and store managers to stay ahead of staffing needs, cut vacancies, and welcome new hires with onboarding that sets them up to succeed Turn data into action; read the numbers with your team to uncover opportunities, work through obstacles, and sharpen execution across the district Keep the operation running smoothly; scheduling, inventory, cash controls, and in-store merchandising Build trusted relationships with store managers, and bring market insights and ideas back to senior leadership Set the tone with a customer-first, collaborative mindset, making thoughtful, ethical choices and working side-by-side with your team What we're looking for:Required:
2+ years of multi-unit / multi-location leadership - managing several stores or a district at once. Single-store management experience alone is not a fit for this role. Willingness and ability to travel up to 85% of the time across the district, including some evenings and weekends Strongly preferred: a proven wireless / telecom retail sales background. Clear communication skills and the ability to build relationships with store leaders and field teams. Bachelor's degree is preferred. What's in it for you?
