Come grow with us! We are seeking a Sales Manager for a brand new Marriott extended stay hotel. Current and former Directors of Sales, Sales Managers, Coordinators and Catering Managers are strongly encouraged to apply. Position Summary:

This individual is responsible for selling the total hotel through direct sales efforts. The Sales Manager is also expected to have constant involvement with guests and community . This is a position requiring active, vigorous selling and foresight.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall account management, business generation, and sales prospecting for assigned hotel property to meet and exceed revenue goals. Responds to all sales inquiries in a timely manner and with a sense of urgency. Participates in Revenue Management strategies using such tools as Star reports, demand analysis and applicable reporting systems. Conducts a required number of sales activities including outside cold calls, telemarketing, e-mailing and prospecting. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Experience with Extended Stay Hotels necessary. Ability to interpret and perform basic computer functions, including MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong proficiency in Revenue Management strategies. Prompt and regular attendance on property.
