The Area Supervisor will drive profitability and operational excellence across 3 stores. Key responsibilities include hiring and training management teams, all staff, ensuring strict adherence to brand standards, food safety, and customer service protocols. Key Responsibilities-Pay will be $40-50k with bonus potential!! Raise sales and improve staff retention. Will oversee all operations at all 3 stores and supervise employees and managers at each site. Store Operations:
Ensure restaurants operate consistently according to procedures, maintaining brand standards for product quality and facility cleanliness.
Team Development:
Hire, train, and certify Restaurant Managers, and verify they follow suit with their respective staff. This position will be filled by someone with a STRONG work ethic, a great leader, someone that can handle pressure, someone that puts an emphasis on doing the right thing ALL the time, especially when no one is watching!!
