3003320108-2 Apply for this job now Job Description US Foods is seeking a District Sales Manager in Louisville, KY to lead a team of Territory Managers driving growth in the wholesale foodservice market. You will set district sales strategies, coach and develop reps, and partner with restaurants, healthcare, and hospitality customers to deliver profitable revenue and market share growth. Responsibilities include managing pipeline and forecasts, analyzing performance metrics, executing pricing and promotions, ensuring safety and compliance, and modeling our performance-driven, customer-focused culture while collaborating closely with operations and marketing. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of Territory Managers in the Louisville district Own district sales planning, goal setting, and execution to drive profitable revenue growth Build and maintain strong relationships with key restaurant, healthcare, and hospitality customers Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics using CRM and analytics tools Collaborate with operations, marketing, and supply chain to ensure service excellence and growth Implement pricing strategies, promotions, and programs aligned with corporate initiatives Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and company policies across the district Recruit, onboard, and train sales talent to sustain a high-performance culture Represent US Foods' values of integrity, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Required Skills Territory sales management B2 B foodservice/wholesale sales Team leadership and coaching Sales forecasting CRM software Data-driven sales analytics Negotiation and closing Key account management Pipeline management Budgeting and P&L awareness
