The Practice Management Executive Operations Lead is a high-trust partner to the Chief Practice Officer and Practice Management team. This role combines executive support, project execution, analysis, and communication to organize priorities, prepare decisions, coordinate across the firm, and ensure critical work moves forward. About Beacon Pointe and Practice Management Beacon Pointe Advisors combines national scale with local leadership, ownership, and client relationships. Practice Management leads BeaconOS and the regional operating model, helping offices operate, grow, integrate, and scale while protecting the client experience. Responsibilities Executive Support and Leverage Manage the Chief Practice Officer's calendar, priorities, meeting cadence, travel, expenses, and preparation so time is focused on the firm's highest-value work. Prepare agendas, pre-reads, briefing notes, talking points, and follow-up materials for executive, board, department, regional, and office meetings. Anticipate required information and decisions; capture commitments and drive timely follow-through. Handle confidential information and senior relationships with sound judgment, discretion, urgency, and professionalism. Maintain the department's operating rhythm, priorities, project plans, decision log, and accountability tracker. Drive execution of BeaconOS, regionalization, office-performance improvement, and other Practice Management priorities. Coordinate cross-functional work with Learning & Integration, Operations, Finance, Technology, Compliance, Marketing, and other partners; surface stalled decisions and unclear ownership early. Translate direction from the Chief Practice Officer into practical workplans, owners, milestones, communications, and deliverables. Analyze operating, financial, growth, staffing, and office-performance information to support business cases, resource plans, office assessments, acquisition integration, and special projects. Build accurate Excel analyses, trackers, scorecards, and summaries in partnership with data owners. Identify patterns, risks, and opportunities, then translate findings into concise recommendations and actions. Draft and refine presentations, memos, emails, meeting updates, and executive summaries in a clear, outcome-oriented voice. Turn complex or incomplete inputs into decision-ready materials for senior leaders, MDs, and Advisors. Coordinate requests to the Chief Practice Officer and maintain consistent Practice Management messaging and materials. Practice Management Execution Maintain the department's operating rhythm, priorities, project plans, decision log, and accountability tracker. Drive execution of BeaconOS, regionalization, office-performance improvement, and other Practice Management priorities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and approximately 2-5 years of relevant experience in executive operations, project or program management, consulting, financial services, corporate strategy, business operations, or a comparable role. Demonstrated ability to support a senior executive while independently owning substantive projects. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to interpret business and financial information. Excellent PowerPoint and writing skills, with the ability to create polished, executive-ready materials from rough inputs. Strong organization and follow-through across multiple priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, and time zones. High judgment, discretion, maturity, and comfort working with senior leaders and confidential information. Ability to work in Beacon Pointe's Metairie office and travel periodically. Preferred Experience Experience in wealth management, an RIA, professional services, financial services, or another multi-office environment. Experience supporting firmwide change, acquisition integration, operating-model implementation, or field-based teams. Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, or other CRM, reporting, and project-management tools. Experience working with an executive team, board, or senior operating leaders.
