Identify and Prospect New Clients:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop a target list. Use various methods (cold calling, networking, social media) to reach out to potential customers. ■
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share. ■
Lead Generation:
Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline. ■
Sales Presentations:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. ■
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with new clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships. ■
Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies. ■
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities. ■
Sales Reporting:
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecast to management regularly. ■
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns and promotional activities. ■Develop long-term and short-term business strategy. ■Attend and promote trade shows, as needed. ■Perform other duties as required. ■Solid knowledge of domestic regulatory compliance laws and regulations, including
ISO 19011, ISO
17021, Mandatory Documents¸ Aerospace Standard/Rules, IATF Standard/Rules. ■Strong project/time management and organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment coordinating multiple and changing priorities. ■Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. ■The ability to work under constraints, pressure, carry out urgent requests and meet deadlines. ■Must be articulate, professional, and be customer service oriented. ■Proactive, self-disciplined and able to work in both teams and/or independently. ■Be self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business. ■Must demonstrate a growth mindset and a willingness to be collaborative with teammates and in the selling process. Work Experience ■3 + years as a Sales Hunter or in a similar role focused on new business acquisition experience highly preferred. ■Track record of high sales volumes and proven track record of consistent quota achievement. ■Experience with complex contract negotiation. ■B2B sales experience ■Comfortable using Salesforce, SAP and other sales tools to manage leads and sales activities. ■Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams). ■Independently selling in the midmarket space - medium to large deals sizes, closing new deals larger than $100,000 in annual revenue.
