Job Description

Element Care seeks a Business Development Provider Networks leader to expand our PACE program for frail seniors across Massachusetts. In this role, you will build and manage high-performing provider and referral networks with hospitals, clinics, and community agencies, driving enrollment growth and access to care. You will analyze markets, negotiate partnerships, and collaborate with clinical and outreach teams to align network strategy with our mission. Ideal candidates bring healthcare business development or provider relations experience, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for serving vulnerable seniors. Responsibilities Develop and execute business development strategies to grow PACE enrollment Identify, recruit, and manage provider and referral partner networks Negotiate partnership terms and monitor contract performance Analyze market trends, referral patterns, and growth opportunities Collaborate with clinical, outreach, and marketing teams on network initiatives Build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and community agencies Track KPIs and prepare reports on network performance and pipeline Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and PACE requirements Represent Element Care at community events and professional meetings Required Skills Healthcare business development Provider network development Contract negotiation Market analysis Relationship management Sales and pipeline management Data reporting and KPI tracking Knowledge of PACE or value-based care CRM and MS Office proficiency Healthcare compliance knowledge
