Are you a relationship-driven sales leader who thrives on building strategic partnerships, influencing executive stakeholders, and delivering profitable growth? We are seeking a Director, Partnership Sales, to lead a high-impact team responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, and long-term strategic success across a portfolio of key partnership accounts and their OEM customers. In this visible leadership role, you will serve as the primary executive contact for assigned partnership customers while developing account strategies that strengthen customer relationships, expand market opportunities, and deliver meaningful business results. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership, suppliers, OEM stakeholders, supply chain teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and execution of growth initiatives. Travel - 30-50% travel required What You'll Do Strategic Leadership Lead, develop, and mentor the Partnership Sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results. Establish and execute strategic account plans that support revenue growth, profitability, customer retention, and long-term partnership success. Drive business development initiatives within assigned partnership accounts and their OEM customer base. Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to deliver above-market growth. Customer & OEM Relationship Management Serve as the senior relationship owner for assigned partnership customers and key OEM stakeholders. Build executive-level relationships that strengthen customer loyalty and create new growth opportunities. Maintain a regular cadence of customer and OEM visits to align business strategies and deepen engagement. Act as the primary escalation point for complex customer, supplier, operational, and business challenges. Growth, Profitability & Account Development Lead strategic quoting, pricing negotiations, and profitability improvement initiatives. Review partnership program performance and guide annual account evaluations, including recommendations for account additions or changes. Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to identify expansion opportunities and maximize market share. Collaborate with Credit, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Marketing, and regional sales teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with executive leadership, regional sales leaders, and supplier partners to execute cohesive account strategies. Influence decision-making across multiple stakeholders while ensuring business objectives are achieved. Support strategic initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, operational effectiveness, and financial performance. What You Bring Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 10 years of industry experience within electrical, electronics, industrial distribution, or a related B2B sales environment. Demonstrated success managing strategic customer relationships and driving profitable business growth. Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and build trusted business partnerships. Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of leadership or management experience. Experience leading high-performing sales teams in a complex, relationship-driven environment. Strong understanding of OEM relationships, supplier partnerships, and strategic account management. Compensation Annual Base Salary Range:

$114,000 - $146,000 Annual Total Compensation Range (Base + Incentive): $175,000 - $225,000 Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and skill level.
