Job Description

OVERVIEW
Perform a variety of sales duties to internal and external customers within the business unit. Effectively manage all assigned areas within the Sales Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for all commercial issues with customer; Identify new business opportunities; Negotiate and document all commercial aspects of the project; Maintain and record periodic meetings with the project team at customer location; Track development, timing, volumes, and competitor content data regarding target vehicles at customer; Timely support payment issues with internal departments and customer; Solicit and respond to customer's request for quotations; Create, maintain, and present sales presentations; Identify and call on critical customer decision makers; Facilitate communications between customer and global Brembo offices including Brazil, China, and Italy; Periodic travel to customers, Brembo manufacturing facilities, and overseas offices
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree (Business or Technical) 5+ years of experience in sales Solid understanding of manufacturing environment (machining and assembly) Experience in automotive industry Strong analytical skills Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable
