Partner with Used Vehicle Management and Acquisition teams to optimize inventory. Develop strategies to move aged inventory while minimizing unnecessary gross loss. Ensure effective CRM utilization, lead response, follow-up, appointment setting, and Internet sales performance. Leverage digital retailing and Internet strategies to increase market share.
