Job Description

Job Summary About Master Roofers Master Roofers has been putting roofs on New Hampshire homes and buildings since 1942. Eighty-four years in one market does something to a company. People here have worked together for decades. Customers call the same person they called the last time. Property managers and general contractors know the name before we introduce ourselves. In 2025, we joined Roofing Integration Holdings, a private-capital-backed group of roofing companies working across five states. That backing is what makes the next chapter possible. We're opening Greater Boston, and we're looking for someone to help build it rather than simply keep things running. The role We're looking for a senior commercial roofing leader to grow our commercial book across Southern New Hampshire and Greater Boston. Roughly half our revenue is commercial today, most of it with property management groups, general contractors and institutional owners. It's good work with good people behind it, and we believe there's more of it available to us than we've gone after so far. That's the job. You'd be originating rather than maintaining; building the relationships, bidding the work and closing it. You'd have a clear number, room to run at it, and a short path to the people making decisions. We'll set the title to your experience, Director or Vice President. What you'd be doing Carry the commercial revenue number for Master Roofers across New Hampshire and Greater Boston. Find and close commercial work — property managers, general contractors, building owners, facility managers, and institutional clients such as schools, senior living and municipal. Run the pipeline from the first conversation through to handoff: qualifying, bidding, estimating oversight, negotiating terms, and setting production up to succeed. Grow the property management side of the business. Half our commercial revenue sits there today, and several of the regional and national groups run preferred-vendor programs we haven't been part of yet. We'd like to be. Start Greater Boston from the beginning; first accounts, first referrals, and eventually enough steady work to justify a crew of our own there. Stay close to production, so what you sell can be delivered at the margin you sold it at. What we hope you bring You've originated and closed commercial roofing work, or something close to it in commercial exteriors or construction. You already know property managers, general contractors or institutional owners in Greater Boston or Southern New Hampshire. You've carried a commercial number before and know what it takes to hit one. You understand commercial roofing systems, how a bid comes together, and what really moves margin on a flat roof. You're comfortable working without a lead list. We don't have one to hand you, and we'd rather say so now than let you find out later. What a good first year looks like The commercial book is larger than the one you inherited and spread across more customers. We're part of at least one regional or national property management preferred-vendor program we weren't in before. Greater Boston has real accounts and customers who come back. Your pipeline is something the whole team can see and talk through each week. Where you'd work Manchester, NH or our new Woburn, MA location in Greater Boston — whichever suits you better. It's a five-day in-office role, though we'd expect someone in business development to spend much of that week in front of customers rather than at a desk. Pay and benefits Base salary based on your experience, plus a bonus tied to results you have a real hand in. Full benefits and a vehicle allowance. If you've read this far and it sounds like the work you want to be doing, we'd like to hear from you. Master Roofers and Roofing Integration Holdings are equal opportunity employers. We consider all qualified applicants without regard to any characteristic protected by federal, state or local law. Join us as we drive innovation forward by expanding our commercial footprint! This role is ideal for motivated leaders passionate about strategic growth, relationship building, and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
