Serving customers across aerospace, defence, photonics, telecommunications, and other industrial sectors, the organisation is experiencing significant growth and investment. Job Description Lead a team of sales and business development professionals to achieve revenue and growth targets. Manage the full sales and marketing lifecycle, including market research, lead generation, quotations, customer support, and after-sales activities. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing roadmap. Create market-specific growth plans targeting sectors such as aerospace, defence, and major OEM customers. Establish costing models and pricing strategies for projects of varying complexity. Align and optimise sales channels, including direct sales and manufacturer representative networks. Plan and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and market penetration. Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to identify new business opportunities. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings. Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, operations, and senior leadership teams to align customer requirements with company capabilities. Negotiate commercial terms and close strategic sales opportunities. Participate in activities involving products and processes subject to U.S. export control regulations, where applicable. Work on-site as part of the leadership team. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Proven success in technical B2B sales within the electronics, semiconductor, PCB, packaging, or related manufacturing sectors. Strong understanding of ceramic substrates, PCB technologies, or associated manufacturing processes. Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Ceramic substrates for power applications Ceramic substrates for RF applications Liquid cooling solutions for high-power semiconductors Demonstrated experience selling passive electronic components or packaging solutions into aerospace and defence markets. Experience leading marketing initiatives within highly technical business environments. Minimum of five years' experience in highly technical sales within a built-to-print manufacturing environment. Strong commercial acumen with experience in product costing, pricing, and quotation development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to develop and execute growth strategies that increase revenue and customer acquisition. Ability to meet U.S. export control requirements where applicable.
