Responsibilities We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager - Federal to drive growth and expand market presence within the U.S. Federal Government sector. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives focused on Keysight's network visibility and cybersecurity solutions, including high-speed network packet brokers, TAPs, and network monitoring technologies across Defense, Intelligence, and Civilian Federal agencies. Responsibilities Drive revenue growth and achieve annual sales objectives within assigned Federal Government accounts and territories. Develop and execute strategic account plans targeting Defense, Intelligence Community, and Federal Civilian agencies. Manage the complete sales cycle, from opportunity identification and qualification through proposal development, contract award, implementation, and expansion. Build and maintain executive-level relationships with government stakeholders, prime contractors, systems integrators, and technology partners. Generate demand through direct customer engagement, industry events, channel partnerships, and targeted marketing initiatives. Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships. Lead customer presentations, solution demonstrations, and business discussions to articulate the value of Keysight's network visibility and cybersecurity solutions. Collaborate closely with Systems Engineers and cross-functional teams to develop technical strategies, proposals, and customer solutions. Effectively manage and forecast opportunities using CRM and corporate sales tools to maintain an accurate sales pipeline. Work with channel partners, resellers, and distributors to maximize market coverage and accelerate growth. Maintain a strong understanding of Federal procurement processes, contract vehicles, acquisition strategies, and funding cycles. Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging government technology priorities to identify new growth opportunities. Qualifications U.S. Citizen with an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. 5 to 10 years of successful sales, business development, or sales engineering experience within the Federal IT, networking, cybersecurity, or infrastructure markets. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding Federal sales quotas and revenue targets. Strong knowledge of Federal procurement processes, budget cycles, and acquisition strategies. Experience selling into Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), and Federal Civilian agencies. Established relationships with Federal customers, integrators, resellers, and channel partners.
