• Troubleshoot daily operational issues related to orders, pricing, inventory and customer support.
• Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, address challenges, and plan strategies.
• Create and deliver sales reports to senior management.
• Work directly with customers on a regular basis delivering exceptional customer service and responsiveness.
• Generate timely and accurate quotes.
• Identify new sales opportunities with current customer accounts. Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Experience as a Sales Manager for a manufacturing or distribution company.
• Experience overseeing a sales teams and assisting with the sale process.
• Experience handling invoices, purchase order and other documentation.
