This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering regional sales objectives, driving business growth, developing customer relationships, and leading a team of Regional Sales Managers. If you have a strong background in technical sales, a passion for leadership, and experience operating in an international environment, this could be your next career opportunity. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute regional sales strategies and business plans. Drive revenue growth through existing customer development and new business acquisition. Build and maintain strong customer relationships across the Americas. Lead commercial negotiations and oversee major customer opportunities. Identify and develop new markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities. Manage, coach, and develop Regional Sales Managers and sales teams. Set performance targets, monitor progress, and drive accountability. Represent the company externally and collaborate across internal departments. Ensure customer requirements are effectively communicated to production and support functions. What We're Looking For Education & Experience Higher vocational or university-level education, preferably in Analytical Chemistry or a related technical/scientific discipline. Significant experience within an international technical sales organization. Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
