We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales department. If you're passionate about automotive sales, team leadership, and delivering outstanding customer experiences, this is your opportunity to take your career to the next level with one of Canada's top automotive dealerships. Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales management. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals in a dealership environment. Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team. In-depth knowledge of Ford and Lincoln products and sales processes preferred. Valid OMVIC certification is required. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in dealership software; experience with ERA-Ignite is an asset. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and commitment to excellence.
