Our growing center is looking for an enthusiastic Center Director who enjoys connecting with families, driving enrollment, developing a strong tutoring team, and creating an outstanding experience for students and parents.
What You'll Do:
Sales & Family Relationships Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current families Build strong relationships with parents and help them understand how Mathnasium can support their child's academic success Follow up with prospective families and convert inquiries into enrollments Conduct consultations and assessments with prospective families Develop relationships with local schools and community organizations Represent Mathnasium at community events and local schools Help drive enrollment and center growth through excellent customer service and proactive outreach Team Leadership and Development Recruit, train, coach, and lead a team of enthusiastic math tutors Create a positive, energetic, and professional team culture - lead by example Develop staff to deliver a consistent, high-quality Mathnasium experience Manage staff scheduling and daily team workflow Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and recognition to help team members succeed Center Operations & Student Experience Oversee day-to-day operations of the center Ensure students and families receive an exceptional experience from their first interaction through ongoing enrollment Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with families Use software and business tools to manage center operations, scheduling, enrollment, and customer relationships Partner with ownership to set goals and develop strategies for continued center growth Ensure the center maintains a welcoming, organized, clean, and productive environment Education & Student Success You won't spend much time teaching math, but you should have a strong appreciation for education and the ability to understand and communicate the Mathnasium approach. You'll work closely with our instructional team to ensure students are receiving excellent support and making meaningful progress. Why Join Mathnasium?

Typical hours fall between:
Monday-Thursday:
1:00 PM - 8:00
PM and Sunday:

Pay:
