Empire Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced District Manager to oversee 8-10 Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) locations within a designated district. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, fostering a positive team culture, enhancing the guest experience, and ensuring operational excellence across all locations.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of 8-10 QSR locations, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and meet revenue targets. Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and health regulations at all locations. Foster positive relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with other district managers and corporate leadership to share best practices, drive operational excellence, and achieve company goals.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-unit management within the QSR or hospitality industry. Proven track record of driving sales growth, achieving targets, and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Flexibility to travel within the designated district as needed.Benefits:
