WATER SOFTENER SALES SUPERSTAR WANTED

Full-Time | Top Performers | High Earning Potential Holland Heating, Cooling & Electrical is looking for an energetic, motivated, results-driven Water Softener Salesperson to join our growing team. If you're a proven salesperson who knows how to build trust with homeowners, identify water-quality problems, and close deals, we want to talk to you.

GREAT EARNING POTENTIAL

This is a performance-driven sales position with uncapped earning potential . The better you sell, the more you earn. Top performers have the opportunity to earn $100,000+ per year.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Meet with homeowners interested in improving their home's water quality Test and evaluate residential water Educate customers about hard water, iron, odors, staining, and other common water-quality issues Recommend the right water-treatment solution for each customer Sell residential water softeners and related water-treatment equipment Follow up with leads and unsold estimates Generate additional opportunities through referrals and self-generated leads Maintain accurate customer and sales information Provide an outstanding customer experience from the initial appointment through the sale Consistently achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
