Updated 06/2026 Job Description Job Summary Under the guidance of the VP Commercial, Automotive and Brazing, the incumbent develops the North American sales strategy for the $250M revenue Brazing business in alignment with the RP North America business unit strategy. The incumbent cultivates a high-performance selling organization with a focus on driving efficiency and effectiveness to optimize value added customer engagement. Major Activities Recommend sales and service strategy for the NA Aluminum Brazing Sheet spanet delivering on profitable growth and cash optimization objectives. Deploy and execute on the approved sales strategies for NA by directing the efforts of the Account Managers in the pursuit of profitable growth. Monitor and report on achievements and forecasts. Regularly evaluate and adjust based on spanet dynamics and capacity fluctuations. Develop customer intimacy with key and strategic customers leading to maximized conversion revenue and profit margin for both transactional and contractual business. This involves encouraging the team to develop an in-depth understanding of the customer's decision making process, utilizing new, value added products and services, and implementing recommended actions to obtain positive sales results. Directly manage 2 brazing customers accounts. Lead the commercial contract negotiation with our NA Brazing customers with the support of our Legal department up to the signature of the Sales agreement Manage sales team within budgeted levels to ensure cost-effective, influential relationships are in place. Promote performance, engagement, diversity and inclusion within own team and towards all connections. Coordinate with global stakeholders across disciplines (Marketing, Business Development, Plant leadership, ATC) to support attainment of business objectives.
Travel Required:
25-50 This role assumes a leadership role in assuring all sales activities are carried out safely within the framework of Arconic's corporate policies and fully incorporate the Arconic values. The Sales Director must have highly developed interpersonal skills. The incumbent must have demonstrated ability to develop and execute detailed sales plans, ability to motivate others, and ability to establish and maintain positive customer relationships. Basic Qualifications 5 years in commercial leadership role, including experience supervising others 10 years of experience in sales for metal manufacturers or distributors Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment; eligibility will be required at the time of Hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status.
