Job Description
- Interventional Spine (IVS)
- As a Regional Manager, you will lead a team supporting minimally invasive spine and pain management solutions. You will drive commercial execution, territory performance, and sales team development while partnering with healthcare professionals across your region.

- What You Will Do
- + Lead, coach, and develop sales representatives to support achievement of regional sales objectives and territory performance goals.
+ Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop sales talent to build and maintain a high-performing team.
+ Build and sustain a positive, high-performing team culture by coaching employees, promoting accountability, recognizing achievements, and reinforcing organizational values and expectations.
+ Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with sales objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.
+ Analyze territory performance, market trends, and customer activity to identify opportunities for growth and business development.
+ Conduct regular field visits to provide sales coaching, performance feedback, and professional development support.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, operations, and customer support to execute business initiatives and address customer needs.
+ Monitor key business metrics, forecasts, and sales performance to support achievement of regional goals.
- What You Will Need
- Required Qualifications
- + Bachelor's degree + Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience. + Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience. + Experience developing and executing territory or regional business plans. + Experience analyzing sales performance, market opportunities, and business metrics. + Experience managing forecasts, budgets, or other business performance measures.
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred. + Experience within medical device, healthcare, surgical, or healthcare technology industries. + Experience leading field-based sales teams across multiple territories.
