Schram Auto & Truck Parts is a family owned and operated automotive salvage yard that has been in the business of selling new and used auto parts for over 100 years. We value and are dedicated to our employees. Come be part of our team. Job Summary This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the sales department. Duties and Responsibilities Planning and directing the hiring and training of sales staff Direct and coordinate all sales activities Track and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service Set sales quotas and goals with staff Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team Manage and grow warranty sales Manage and grow brokered sales Manage warranty claims Setting discount rates and assisting with pricing Serve as the face of the organization to internal and external partners Develop and maintain relationships with key clients Make data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities Weekly or bi-weekly sales meetings Participate in leadership meetings Other tasks as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must enjoy and excel in a team environment. Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy Ability to guide and mentor sales staff Planning, organization and problem-solving skills Advanced time management skills
Requirements :
