• Act as a keyholder and cover the store when the manager is off, ensuring smooth operations
• Motivate and train your sales team to treat every customer like family
• greeting them at their vehicle and treating them with love and respect
• Help connect with customers to understand their needs and budget constraints, guiding them to the right solutions
• Educate customers about tire safety and assist them in creating payment plans that work for families with limited financial resources

• Strong communication skills and genuine empathy for customers
• Proven leadership abilities and a knack for motivating a team
• Sales ability or aptitude

• Experience in retail or customer service (automotive experience is a plus but not required)
