Our next Area Sales Manager will understand the local market and trends to develop creative strategies that drive sales across the region. Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships Analyze the performance of individual properties in your area and create sales plans and objectives that align with overall brand objectives Determine ways to motivate the sales team so they consistently meet and exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually Study and research local market trends and competitor activity to discover potential leads Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets through outside sales calls, on-site visits, and sales tours, and networking in the local community Develop and execute regional business development strategies. Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders. Identify partnership opportunities that increase brand visibility and market reach. Create referral relationships with local professionals and strategic partners. Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities. Maintain a consistent pipeline of new partnership opportunities. Track business development activity through CRM systems and reporting. Collaborate with leadership to launch new initiatives and expansion efforts. Represent Keller Williams Professionals with professionalism and enthusiasm throughout the community.Qualifications:
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor's degree in business or a similar field a plus This position requires previous work experience in a hospitality role At least 3 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in the hospitality industry Good organization and time management skills Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities 3+ years of business development or outside sales experience. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Experience managing a geographic territory. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proven ability to generate new business opportunities. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills. Comfortable working independently in the field. Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office. Professional, polished, and customer-focused.
