Job Description
Business Development Manager/Tooling Engineer We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong Tool & Die / Die Cast background to support growth initiatives and expand our customer base. This role is critical in identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and supporting new product launches from concept through production. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new market opportunities to grow the company's customer base Conduct market research to evaluate industry trends, competition, and customer needs Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients Collaborate with internal teams (tooling, production, quality, and management) on business development initiatives Support new product launches, including timelines, tooling coordination, and quality expectations Lead projects from concept through completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and long-term partnerships Maintain a strong understanding of company products, tooling capabilities, and competitive positioning Support and engage employees by fostering development, teamwork, and accountability Qualifications & Skills Strong Tool & Die/Die Cast knowledge required Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role in manufacturing Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to analyze data, market trends, and identify growth opportunities Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities Leadership mindset with the ability to motivate and develop team members Please submit your resume along with a cover letter outlining your relevant experience in Business Development, Tool & Die, and Die Cast Manufacturing.
