Technical Aptitude:

Primary Responsibilities:
Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers with technical questions, product availability, pricing, and logistics. Consulting with customers to identify the best HIBLOW product or solution for their specific application. Identifying sales opportunities and helping customers select additional products or solutions that best meet their needs Responding to technical and customer service inquiries submitted through our website. Monitoring the incoming orders email inbox, communicating with customers, and creating accurate sales orders in QuickBooks. This includes verifying inventory, pricing, quantities, shipping information, and other order details. Supporting colleagues when they are out of the office or traveling by preparing quotes, responding to customer questions, and helping manage customer accounts. Helping administer and maintain our Zoho CRM system.
Additional Duties:
- Participate in business strategy meetings and contribute ideas and initiatives that support the company's continued growth.
- Participating in one international online meeting per month during the evening, outside of normal business hours.
- Occasionally attending an industry tradeshow Occasionally picking, packing, and shipping products as needed.
This may include operating a forklift and pallet jack and assisting with unloading 40-foot containers shipped from our production facility. Your Experience May Include Experience using QuickBooks or other inventory control, ERP, or business management systems. Experience using Zoho or other CRM platforms. Knowledge of, or hands-on experience with water and/or wastewater treatment equipment, pond or fisheries aeration equipment, water pumps, industrial aeration systems, or similar products. Familiarity with logistics, shipping, and inventory management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or another technical field. 3+ years of customer service, sales, account management, or related experience. Recent college graduates may be considered at a lower compensation level. Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds. Valid driver's license. About

We are a small, customer-focused company that values quality, reliability, teamwork, accountability, and exceptional service.
Compensation, Schedule & Benefits Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. — no weekends.
Salary:
$75,000-$95,000 annually.
Paid Vacation:
15 days during the first year, with one additional vacation day added annually for the next five years, up to a maximum of 20 days.
Paid Sick Time:
5 days annually.
Paid Holidays:
10 paid holidays — Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
Retirement:
SEP-IRA retirement contribution paid annually by the company, up to 25% of salary or hourly compensation.
Health Insurance:
BCBS health insurance paid by the company, with a $50 pre-tax employee contribution per pay period ($100 per month).

$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
