Client Implementation Manager

We re looking for a Client Implementation Manager to lead the launch, optimization, and ongoing management of our Marketing On Demand (MOD) platforms for clients. In this role, you will translate client needs into dynamic platform solutions, serving as the vital connection between client objectives and our internal production and fulfillment teams. The Client Implementation Manager will guide complex projects from start to finish, develop project plans, oversee site development, and coordinate cross-functional teams-including Sales, Design, Development, and Production-to deliver high-quality solutions. This position requires a strong mix of client relationship management, creative problem-solving, and deep knowledge of print production. Success means building long-term client partnerships, driving customer satisfaction, and supporting revenue growth through exceptional project delivery.
Shift available:
Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with a minimum 3 days in office. A variety of these traits will help land you this job : a Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - or equivalent work experience. 3 or more years of related experience in print (preferred). 3 or more years of Account Management or Project Management. On top of that you must have: effective multitasking abilities to seamlessly handle multiple projects. critical prioritizations skills to ensure service levels are consistently met. exceptional attention to detail while successfully meeting tight deadlines. a strong technical aptitude. excellent client-facing communication skills. I n this position, you will: lead the implementation of Marketing On Demand (MOD) platforms for new clients, serving as their primary contact and ensuring successful outcomes. organize and facilitate meetings with clients and internal teams, including kick-off meetings, implementation status updates, and technical discovery sessions. develop and manage project plans, compile product lists, and manage timelines to ensure timely delivery of all project milestones. act as a trusted consultant, understanding client requirements and offering professional recommendations on site layout, categorization, and product additions. develop, maintain, and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery. collaborate with design and development teams to create dynamic platforms, overseeing the acquisition of client's assets and conducting thorough reviews before launch. manage ongoing site maintenance, handling product updates, user management, and proactively recommending general site improvements to optimize usage. provide platform reports to clients, facilitate billing, and keep internal stakeholders updated on site growth, new launches, and developments. serve as the key liaison between clients and internal teams - including Customer Experience, Design, and Production to ensure seamless execution, address client needs, and maintain strong partnerships. Compensation Range :
$70 ,000 - $80,000 annually
•Range reflects our good-faith assessment of our hiring range for this role based on market conditions, experience level, and internal equity considerations.
