Job Description

Job Summary:
a Territory Manager is responsible for management, planning, and administration of sales and customer relationships with each account in a designated territory. Territory Managers share their knowledge of sales by coaching and mentoring a team of great sales professionals, leading the charge on new brands and products throughout our beverage portfolio.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory volume, revenue, and profit goals
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of sales representatives within the assigned territory, providing coaching, direction, and performance feedback to support their professional growth and success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including retailers, restaurants, and on- and off-premise accounts
  • Present, promote, and sell company beverage products in alignment with brand standards, pricing, and promotional strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to adjust territory strategies as needed
  • Ensure proper distribution, inventory management, and product rotation to minimize out-of-date or damaged product.
  • Conduct regular account visits with sales representatives to evaluate execution, provide coaching, and reinforce company expectations.
HOURS:
Full-time:
  • Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-5:00PM or completion
  • Occasional night/weekend work
  • Hours may vary with the benefits and challenges that come with the beverage industry
