This senior-level sales position is focused exclusively on identifying, developing, and closing new ITAD opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships. The successful candidate will leverage an established network within the ITAD industry to generate new business opportunities involving asset recovery, secure data destruction, enterprise equipment decommissioning, sustainability initiatives, and value recovery programs. Working closely with executive leadership, operations, logistics, technical services, and customer success teams, the Director of ITAD Business Development will develop customized lifecycle management solutions that maximize customer value while ensuring compliance with R2v3 certification standards, environmental regulations, and data security requirements. This position requires a highly experienced consultative sales professional with extensive knowledge of the ITAD industry, enterprise IT infrastructure, procurement processes, and technology lifecycle management. The ideal candidate possesses an existing network of enterprise decision-makers and a proven history of generating significant ITAD revenue through strategic business development and long-term client relationships. Success in this role is measured by new revenue generation, enterprise account acquisition, profitability, customer retention, and long-term strategic partnerships. The Director of ITAD Business Development serves as a trusted advisor to customers while representing Vibrant Technologies with the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, responsiveness, and industry expertise. Required Experience 7-10+ years of progressive experience in IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), enterprise technology sales, or technology lifecycle management. Demonstrated success selling enterprise ITAD services with documented annual revenue achievements. Existing relationships with enterprise IT executives, CIOs, IT Directors, Procurement Leaders, Data Center Managers, and Sustainability Officers.
Strong understanding of:
Enterprise hardware lifecycle management Asset recovery Secure logistics Data destruction R2v3 compliance Chain of custody Remarketing Value recovery Experience responding to enterprise RFPs and negotiating large service agreements. Preferred Experience Existing book of business within the ITAD industry. Experience with enterprise refresh and decommissioning projects. Knowledge of
NIST 800-88
data sanitization standards. Experience working with Fortune 1000 organizations. Familiarity with OEM, leasing companies, and data center migrations.
Compensation:
Straight Base Salary +
Commission:
Employee receives a $100k base salary guaranteed, plus a percentage of the gross profit (GP) or revenue brought in.

$100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
