• Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team.+ Communication
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees, ensuring smooth store operations and positive experiences.+ Metrics Mindedness
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.+ Process Orientation
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure operational efficiency.+ Teamwork
• Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.+ Parts Sales & Inventory Management
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.+ Safety & Compliance
• Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.+ Commercial Account Support
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.+ Problem Solving
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.
