Director, GreenSeam Greater Mankato Growth, Inc. is seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented leader to serve as Director of GreenSeam, a regional economic development initiative focused on strengthening South Central Minnesota's food and agribusiness economy. The Director provides strategic leadership for GreenSeam, building relationships with businesses, investors, and regional partners, identifying emerging opportunities, and developing initiatives that advance business growth, investment, and innovation. This highly visible role is ideal for a strategic thinker and strong relationship builder who can bring people and resources together and turn ideas into action and measurable results. Key Responsibilities The Director will lead GreenSeam strategy and key initiatives; cultivate and steward investor relationships; identify opportunities for business attraction, expansion, and value-added development; and champion South Central Minnesota as a destination for food and agribusiness innovation. The Director works closely with the GreenSeam Board of Directors, regional stakeholders, and the integrated Greater Mankato Growth, Inc. team. Ideal Candidate We are looking for an entrepreneurial, collaborative and results-driven professional with experience in business development or a related field. Strong candidates will bring demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, business development, relationship building, public speaking, financial management, and investor or donor stewardship. A bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience is required, along with a passion for or demonstrated commitment to the food and agribusiness sector. Nonprofit experience is a plus.
