About the Role At Ryan Windows & Siding, we believe great marketing goes beyond TV ads and social media. We build our brand by showing up in the communities we serve
- creating memorable experiences, building relationships, and putting our team directly in front of homeowners. Traditional advertising puts our name in front of homeowners. This position is responsible for putting our people in front of them. This is a hands-on leadership position. You'll start by personally executing field marketing
- events, retail partnerships, canvassing, and creative local activations
- while building the systems, best practices, and training programs that let a future team scale what works.
- territory strategy, appointment-setting best practices, and hands-on fieldwork alongside reps Test creative local and proximity marketing activations, then scale the strategies that produce the strongest results Track leads, appointments, conversion rates, and cost per lead in our CRM and Airtable, and make data-driven recommendations Build training programs, SOPs, and performance standards
- then recruit, onboard, and manage a team as the program grows Manage event logistics, vendors, budgets, and city permits What We're Looking For Experience in field marketing, direct sales, canvassing, event marketing, or community outreach A track record of executing in the field and producing measurable results Strong interpersonal skills
- comfortable approaching homeowners, businesses, and community partners Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends for events and field activities Equivalent experience will be considered in place of formal education.
