Our reputation is built on craftsmanship, integrity, and long-standing client relationships. We're looking for a driven Project Sales Manager to help us grow that legacy. Position Summary The Project Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing masonry restoration opportunities from initial lead through contract signing—and staying engaged through project delivery to ensure client satisfaction. This is a consultative sales role that requires technical knowledge of masonry restoration, strong estimating skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with building owners, property managers, engineers, and general contractors. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in masonry restoration, including tuckpointing, brick and stone repair, caulking/sealants, waterproofing, concrete restoration, and façade maintenance Conduct on-site building assessments and inspections to evaluate scope of work and restoration needs Prepare accurate, competitive estimates and proposals; present solutions to owners, property managers, and consultants Negotiate and close contracts while maintaining healthy project margins Serve as the primary client contact from proposal through project completion, coordinating with project management and field teams to ensure smooth handoffs Build and maintain relationships with property management firms, building engineers, architects, and restoration consultants Maintain an active pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports Represent the company at industry events, trade associations, and networking functions Stay current on industry standards, materials, and restoration techniques
Qualifications Required:
5+ years of sales, estimating, or project management experience in masonry restoration, exterior building restoration, or a related construction trade Working knowledge of masonry systems, building envelopes, and restoration methods Proven ability to estimate restoration projects and read construction drawings and specifications Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage a pipeline independently Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites within the metro area Comfortable conducting site inspections, including work at heights (lifts, swing stages, ladders) as neededPreferred:
Established relationships with property managers, building owners, or restoration consultants in the region Experience with historic preservation or landmark buildings Familiarity with Filemaker, Excel software and estimating toolsOSHA 10/30
