$100,000 - $130,000 Base Salary + UNCAPPED Commission |
Realistic OTE:
$160,000 - $250,000+
Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday through Friday To Stand Out Email Tom Lecy at tom.lecy@hhcare.net with your resume and tell us: Your biggest new business win . A time you turned a "no" into a signed account . How you've built a territory or pipeline from scratch . Your quota attainment, revenue performance, or other measurable sales results . A Sales Role That Will Challenge You and Mean Something The meeting starts with an Executive Director telling you their residents are frustrated. Families are asking questions. Their nursing team is struggling to coordinate with outside providers. A resident was recently sent to the hospital because the right care wasn't available quickly enough. Their current physician relationship simply isn't working the way it should. Your job isn't to hand them a brochure. It's to understand what's broken, earn the trust of the people sitting across from you, and show them how Twin Cities Physicians can bring consistent, on-site medical care directly to the seniors who call their community home . Then comes the hard part. Following up. Navigating stakeholders. Overcoming objections. Competing against an incumbent provider. Getting the agreement signed. And when you do, your win means more than another account on a sales report. It means an entire senior living community may now have better provider access, stronger continuity of care, fewer unnecessary hospitalizations, and a clinical partner their staff and residents can rely on . That's what makes this sales role different. Fast-Paced. Competitive. Incredibly Rewarding. This is a high-activity new business development role . You'll spend your days prospecting, traveling throughout your territory, meeting senior living leaders, building relationships, presenting solutions, following up, solving problems, and moving opportunities through the pipeline. Some days will move quickly. You may have a morning meeting with an Executive Director, stop at several prospective communities in the afternoon, make follow-up calls between appointments, and finish the day preparing for a presentation with an ownership group. You'll be challenged to create opportunities where none existed before . But you'll also be selling something that has a direct impact on the lives of older adults. Twin Cities Physicians provides on-site primary care to seniors living in long-term care and senior living communities throughout Minnesota. Our goal is to make healthcare more accessible while helping communities improve continuity of care, communication, clinical support, and resident outcomes . You'll have the opportunity to grow a business while helping bring those services to more seniors.
Your Challenge:
Get Us Into the Room We're looking for someone who knows that winning a major account rarely starts with an inbound lead. You have to find the opportunity. You'll identify senior living organizations that aren't currently working with Twin Cities Physicians, determine who influences the decision, and figure out how to get in front of them. That could mean cold calling an Executive Director . Walking into a community and introducing yourself. Networking with a Regional Director. Getting referred to an owner. Reaching out to a CEO. Following up with someone who hasn't responded to your last six attempts. Whatever gets the conversation started. Once you're in the room, the expectation changes. You need to be capable of having high-level business and healthcare conversations with senior decision-makers, understanding the problems they're trying to solve, and demonstrating how our clinical model can help. Why This Is More Than Another Sales Job You will absolutely be measured on growth, signed partnerships, pipeline development, and revenue . But there is a person behind every number. When you sign a new senior living community, you're helping bring medical providers directly to residents who may have difficulty getting to a traditional clinic. You're helping nursing teams gain access to another clinical resource. You're helping families feel more confident about the care their loved one receives. You're helping communities strengthen continuity of care and potentially prevent unnecessary trips to the emergency room or hospital. And you're helping Twin Cities Physicians expand a model of care that already serves more than 4,500 seniors throughout Minnesota . For the right salesperson, that's a pretty powerful combination: compete, earn, grow, and make an impact. Why Top Salespeople Should Pay Attention $100,000 - $130,000 guaranteed base salary.

Someone who can hear "we're happy with our current provider" and recognize that the conversation isn't necessarily over. Someone who can handle a packed calendar, competing priorities, windshield time, unanswered calls, executive meetings, presentations, and negotiations without losing momentum. You need to be competitive enough to want the win and disciplined enough to do everything required to earn it . What We're Looking For Documented history of winning new business . Strong prospecting and territory development skills. Measurable success achieving or exceeding sales goals . Confidence initiating relationships without a warm introduction. Experience developing accounts through persistent, multi-touch follow-up . Ability to conduct high-level conversations with C-suite executives, ownership groups, and senior healthcare leaders . Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills . Ability to understand a prospect's challenges and sell based on value rather than price alone . Ability to navigate longer and more complex sales cycles. Comfort managing a large geographic territory throughout Minnesota. Self-motivated, competitive, accountable, and highly organized. A track record that demonstrates results, not just relationships . About Twin Cities Physicians Twin Cities Physicians is a growing physician-led medical group providing on-site primary care services to more than 4,500 seniors throughout senior living communities across Minnesota . Our providers bring healthcare directly to where seniors call home, helping improve provider access, continuity of care, communication, quality of life, and resident outcomes while reducing avoidable hospitalizations . We're looking for a salesperson who wants their next win to mean something. You'll still have the quota . You'll still have the pressure . You'll still hear no . You'll still be expected to prospect, compete, and close . But when you win, you're not just adding another logo to a client list. You're helping bring medical care to an entire community of older adults and giving their care teams another resource to help them succeed. If you want a sales career that can challenge you, reward you financially, and give you a reason to care about every account you win , we'd like to hear from you.
