Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Full Time Sales Manager/skin specialist to lead our team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics industry, and is passionate about helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals. Candidate will earn 5% of total sales.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the sales team and estheticians at Spa. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management. Must be in the skincare industry
