Restoration Sales Leadership Compensation:

$100,000-$175,000 annually , base salary plus performance-based bonuses Drive Growth for Our Water Restoration Team Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Water Clean Up is seeking a motivated Water Restoration Sales Manager to lead customer sales efforts and support the continued growth of our mitigation and restoration business in Cape Girardeau. This position is for someone who can combine strong sales abilities with leadership, organization, and excellent customer communication. You'll work with property owners following water-related losses, help them understand their options, develop estimates, and coordinate with our field team once projects are approved. You'll also play an important role in driving sales performance and ensuring customers receive a professional experience from their initial consultation through project completion.
