Position:
Business Development Manager Hours/Week:
Full-time, 40+ hours
Compensation:
Strong base salary commensurate with experience plus commission Bonus opportunities Medical, dental and vision coverage offered PTO, sick days and paid holidays Cell phone and computer provided by company

Summary:
To increase awareness of the Paul Davis brand To promote the services of Paul Davis To build industry relationships
Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through B2B, organized events, and cold calling Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visits Manage marketing programs found on the Marketing Activity Planner (MAP) Ensure staff uses the Paul Davis brand correctly in accordance with Brand Standards Utilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes Collaborate with the franchisor, read weekly communications, and schedule consistent meetings with the Regional Marketing Manager Manage social media accounts, post relative content and graphics, monitor all reviews and feedback and reply/ follow-up accordingly Attend business networking functions to promote the business Coordinate and manage community and charitable events Schedule, manage, and present Continuing Education courses Research local trade shows and coordinate Paul Davis booth set-up Attend training courses and annual conference seminars as requested Any other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a needed basis

Strong verbal and written communications Strategic thinking and planning Project management and multitasking capability Strong organizational skills Exemplary computer skills, i.e.
Internet & Microsoft Office Personal Characteristics:

Qualifications:
Marketing, Public Relations or Communications degree Two or more years' sales and marketing experience Franchise, restoration, construction/home improvement, and/or insurance industry experience ideal Paul Davis is an equal opportunity employer.
