Job Summary Are you a high-energy relationship builder who loves connecting with people and making a meaningful impact? Garden Hill Assisted Living is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Full-Time Marketer / Community Relations Coordinator to drive our growth and welcome new residents to our community. In this role, you will be the face of Garden Hill. Your time will be split 50/50 between proactive community outreach and on-site sales, turning inquiries into move-ins. Competitive Commission Per Move-In. (Strong Earning Potential) The ideal candidate is self-motivated, empathetic, and possesses a proven track record in outside sales or healthcare marketing.Header:
Responsibilities 1) Healthcare & Community Outreach (50% of the week):- Actively visit and build strong, ongoing relationships with key referral sources, including local hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physicians' offices, churches, and senior organizations.
- Educate healthcare professionals and community leaders on the unique care and lifestyle benefits Garden Hill offers.
- Plan and execute networking events, presentations, and community outreach initiatives. 2) On-Site Relations & Inside Sales (50% of the week):
- Respond promptly to inquiries from potential residents and their families.
- Conduct professional, warm, and informative tours of our assisted living community.
- Guide families through the discovery, inquiry, and move-in process with empathy and professionalism to achieve occupancy goals.
Header:
Qualifications / SkillsExperience:
1-2 years of experience in outside sales, healthcare marketing, business development, or senior living relations (preferred, but a strong sales background will be considered).Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Mobility:
Must have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record for local travel/outreach visits.Attributes:
Self-directed, highly organized, resilient, and deeply empathetic to the needs of seniors and their families.Header Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend flexibility for scheduled family tours)
