Qualities required for the position include: 2+ years of Sales Manager experience in a automotive retail environment. Demonstrated ability to manage complex Sales and Finance operations along with the attached management and sales staff Excellent communication skills with a Transformational leadership style. Previous Finance management experience. Current experience and ability to desk, arrange financing, and close the deal. Ability to set, plan, track and meet established goals. Detailed minded individual who is very organized with direction. Inventory management experience. Conflict resolution skills. Personal and professional references supporting experience and performance. Diagnostic abilities with a strong focus on finding and solving process issues.
