Billion Auto Group | Bozeman, MT The Billion Auto Group in Bozeman MT is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our experienced and professional Stellantis / Jeep sales team. We're looking for someone who knows how to coach and motivate a team, build lasting customer relationships, and help our dealership grow. Expected pay:

Responsibilities Lead and manage the automotive sales team to meet or exceed sales goals through effective coaching, motivation, and performance management Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the dealership's market share within the local community and beyond Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized service, understanding their needs, and offering tailored automotive financing options Conduct high-end sales negotiations, upselling additional products or services to maximize revenue opportunities Oversee the sales pipeline using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track leads, follow-ups, and deal progressions Manage inventory control and support marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones Facilitate deal closing processes by ensuring all paperwork is accurate, compliant, and completed efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette and client communication skills Requirements Proven experience in automotive dealership sales management or retail automotive sales with a strong track record of achieving sales targets Extensive knowledge of automotive industry sales processes, including passenger car sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, and outbound sales strategies Professional negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction Strong organizational skills with experience in inventory management, CRM software, and retail math principles Excellent communication skills for client interaction, public speaking engagements, and team leadership Demonstrated ability to build lasting customer relationships through outstanding customer service and relationship management techniques Knowledge of automotive financing options and dealership operations is preferred Ability to manage a high-volume sales pipeline while supporting a motivated team in a fast-paced environment Join us as we drive success together!
