Vice President of Sales & Marketing Posted on August 15, 2025 August 15, 2025 by JMJ Phillip We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen brand positioning. This executive role requires a visionary leader with the ability to build and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies, foster high-performing teams, and develop strong client relationships. Position Responsibilities Sales Leadership Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. Identify new business opportunities and key market segments. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. Marketing Strategy & Brand Development Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns that align with business objectives. Enhance brand presence across traditional and digital platforms. Conduct market research to anticipate trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts. Negotiate high-value contracts and partnerships. Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention. Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in sales and marketing. Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills. Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) Certified Sales Leadership Professional (CSLP) Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) Digital Marketing Certification What the Role Offers Competitive base salary between $180,000 and $215,000 annually.
